Terms and Conditions
Please take the time to read East Coast Pole Cruise’s Terms and Conditions for workshops, trainings and event registrations. They will apply to all persons subscribing to any Pole Cruise event.
Ticket Purchases
All tickets purchased are finalised on payment of deposit and no refunds or exchange will be granted unless stated by the organisers.
The right to change, add or withdraw any component of the event is entitled to the organisers and exchanges will be put into place to ensure the same value for money will be accessible.
Persons under 18 years of age will not be permitted to attend some of the evening events.
At the organisers/directors discretion ticket name changes may be granted in the event you are unable to attend the event. A fee of $250 will be charged by the organisers and the cruise ship to do this. No name changes will be made after the 1st January 2026.
Prices, capacity and event details are subject to change without notice if in the unlikely event we can no longer be accommodated by Royal Caribbean.
The organisers and management team reserve the right to refuse entry to participants not adhering to the events Terms and Conditions.
Refunds
As stated above no refunds will be granted on purchased tickets. In the unlikely incident the event should be cancelled a full refund will be granted. In the occurrence the organisers change the format of the event you will be given minimum of 48 hours notice. In the incident that you are refused entry into the event no refund will be issued.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are GST and Tax inclusive.
The registration fee includes; Workshops, Training, Evening Events hosted by Pole Cruise, Access to some of the ship's on board facilities, Accommodation, Meals (conditions apply), Taxes and port charges. All beverages and additional expenses are the responsibility of the participant and are not included in the event pricing.
If selecting Monthly payment plan your $500 deposit is due within 48hrs of your registration and monthly payments must be made on the 1st of each month. Failure to do this may lead to late fee charges. Payment plans will be set up with our team through GoCardless and 2.5% surcharge will be applied.
Workshops
Please note, some workshops will be scheduled on port days. We will aim to make sure everyone has time on shore but can not guarantee your workshops will not clash with shore time.
If you choose to forfeit your workshop for a particular reason please note you will not be able to attend other workshops in lieu of the one you choose to miss.
Each attendee will be scheduled a minimum of two workshops with each instructor and private lessons are available at an additional price.
Workshops are not compulsory you may choose to not attend some of your scheduled workshops but no refunds will be given nor will make up workshops be offered.
Event & Entry Conditions
Online registration - Registrations are made online via the Pole Cruise website. Once your data is completed you are registered to the event. You will receive a copy of your registration once it has been submitted – please check your junk folder.
Cancellations – The organisers reserve the right to defer or cancel any workshop/event if there are insufficient bookings or conditions arising beyond our control. All efforts will be made to reschedule clients to an alternative workshop date.

You must be wearing your wristband to attend all workshops and events held by Pole Cruise, this will be given to you at check in on Day 1.
Participants are not permitted to bring or use any of the following during workshops; Illicit Drugs, alcoholic beverages, Glass bottles, Weapons, offensive clothing and objects, any dangerous goods, animals (other than for medical purposes), professional recording devices other than those permitted by management, lasers, horns, whistles, non-sealed drink or food containers, any items that are intended for sale or purchase unless permitted by management.
Media and footage from the event
Any media or footage from the event remains the property of the organisers. The organisers are entitled to use any media or footage from the event for any future promotions and/or advertising. If you do not wish to be photographed, please advise the organisers upon check in on Day 1.
