    ​All media footage including photography and video footage and/or any footage used in advertising marketing or promotion remain the property of East Coast Pole Cruise and its organisers.

    I, hereby consent to media footage to be taken of myself throughout the duration of East Coast Pole Cruise 2018 over the following days; 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th March 2018 during workshops, cocktail party, showcase night and other events associated with the event.

    I understand these images may be used for future promotional/advertising material on behalf of East Coast Pole Cruise via the internet, print or video media. I recognise that these images remain the property and copyright of East Coast Pole Cruise and cannot be modified without the permission of the organisers or photographer.

    I understand by using East Coast Pole Cruise hashtags such as #eastcoastpolecruise #ecpc2018 #eastcoastpolecruise2018 by photos may be shared by East Coast Pole Cruise for future promotional/advertising material on behalf of East Coast Pole Cruise via the internet, print or video media.
